Justice Concepts Inc. (JCI) is a Kansas City-based firm that was formed in 1994. JCI provides consulting services nationwide.
The President of JCI, Dr. Allen Beck
Dr. Beck selects the team members for each project and usually acts as the team leader. The breadth and depth of Dr. Beck’s skill-set is hard to match by any criminal justice consultant. He has a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice specializing in administration and evaluation. In addition, he received training through the Institute for Court Management (ICM) and has been a Research Fellow in the Department of Justice in the study of jail and prison forecasting techniques. His skills were further strengthened while serving as an Assistant Director and, subsequently, Director of a federally funded center for the training of hundreds of criminal justice planners, evaluators, and administrators in the methods of planning, evaluation, crime analysis, and project management. His consulting experience spans nearly forty years.
